Matt is a d-bag and a tool. The most horrible excuse for a man I have ever met. He tries to keep the facts listed below a secret because they are embarrassing and show what a loser he really is. Most of his “people” (what he calls his friends) don’t even know these facts. Here are the Top 10 reasons why he is a HUGE loser:
*1-He is a convicted felon. He spent approx. three years in jail for aggravated robbery and 3rd degree burglary. He was also recently convicted of DWI. He is an admitted alcoholic..
*2-He is a liar and a cheater. I have caught him in MANY lies. I know for a fact that he cheated on his former girlfriend when she was 5 months pregnant with their child. She told me this herself…
*3-He is a deadbeat dad. He has 3 children by 3 different woman. He went to jail in spring 2010 for not paying child support. He owes more than $53,300 in back child support and hasn’t yet paid a dime for his daughter who is now 2 1/2 years old. He defaulted again in Aug 2010 for not paying on two of his kids.
*4-He hides assets. He owns MANY toys (snowmobile, jet ski, mini bike, 4 wheeler), but claims to not own any of them so he won’t have to pay more in child support. He wants to have his fun and NOT pay for his children.
*5-He can never hold down a permanent job and has no insurance on his vehicle. He can’t even afford to get his own place because he has HORRIBLE credit and no steady income.
*6-He stole a LARGE amount of cash from my house and now I am finding some of my jewelry missing also. I assume he took my jewelry straight to the pawn shop. *7-He has two civil judgments against him that he has no intention paying.
*8-He has herpes and NEVER uses protection. And he KNOWS he has it!!!
*9-He uses the alias “Matt Smith” or “Matt Johnson” so the women he is pursuing won’t find out about his REAL life.
*10-He often uses Craigs List to find women–so beware!! He will use the name “Matt Smith”.
**He will come across as a nice, charming guy when you first meet him because he wants to suck you in so he can use you. Then he will steal from you, lie to you and cheat on you because he doesn’t care about you, he cares only about himself. He is a CON-MAN. He knows exactly what to say and do and how to act to win women over. I am not the only women he has done this to—there are MANY. HE thinks he is a sexy, hot, fun guy–but the consequences are not worth spending ANY time with this “man”. He thinks he is good in bed and that will overshadow the fact he is a huge loser. Maybe if you are looking for a one night stand, but remember…..HERPES is FOREVER!!

Short Answer: The judge threatened him with up to 15 months in jail if he doesn’t get his shit together.
Long Answer: He has hired an attorney to represent him-no idea how he can afford it when he can’t even pay his monthly child support, let alone all the back child support he owes!! So, he will probably end up with a slap on the hand like he always has, and continue on as a sperm donar, and not a “dad”. His oldest daughter was in court with all 3 other moms and he didn’t even aknowledge her. How sad is that??

He got pulled over for the umpteenth time in Burnsville in August and got a slap on the hand (2 days community service) for driving after revocation. Big deal. He will continue to drink, drive without a license and not care about not ever paying child support.
He is a beady-eyed loser with short man syndrome, who has a ball sack that hangs to the ground like an old man, and a small penis that spreads herpes. NO idea why any womnan….HOLLY, would want to ever be with him.

Yep! His girlfriend is going to get fucked by him, if she hasn’t already. She knows what a scumbag he is and he continually lies to her, but she stays with him. He never told her he got pulled over again in August and went to court and was sentanced, and she continues to be with him. She is going to get fucked over good, and I don’t feel one bit sorry for her any longer.

People keep telling me that he will get his, but I know he has been doing this same thing to women, using and abusing them, since he was able to procreate. He ruined a 15 year old girl’s life by getting her pregnant, and because she didn’t disclose the father, he never had to go to jail for it or be labeled as a sex offender (which he obviously was).
Yes, I have learned a hard lesson, and I was hoping to be able to warn other women to stay away from him, but he has obviously had time to learn his craft–using and manipulating women. He has ensnarled another one…

Well–he’s not a kid–he is a 35 year old adult!! The trist with the 15 year old resulted in his oldest child, a daughter who is now in high school! He has nothing to do with her, has never interacted with her as far as I know, but she only lives a few miles away from him. Sad !!

Sorry if I was hostile–I’ve been dealing with him the last couple of days regarding the 4 wheeler we own and it’s making me very cranky. I tried to reason with his parents, but they won’t help me get the wheeler back. It seems like they think I am the bad person here when all I did was help their son get a toy he loves and now I’m paying a huge price for it. And he gets to use it for deer opening this weekend–it really pisses me off. He has RUINED my credit because of this and he doesn’t give one shit about it. And I have paid as much as he has for the wheeler and I haven’t seen it since the day it was purchased!!! I have a 9 year old son that would love to use it and deserves to use it and can’t. In the end there is no way he can afford to make payments on this and it will probably end up getting totaled. It has already been crashed twice because he rides it recklessly
As far as his kids go–I can’t comment cause I don’t have a kid with him. I think his son is starting to realize what a fuck up his dad is and his youngest daughter is just turning 3 so I am sure she has no idea, but you never know–kids pick up on more than you think they do!!!

If I may.. can I suggest a few things to you?
1. Report the 4 wheeler stolen
2. Stop making payments on it, let it get repo’d (trust me they will find it) then deal with the bank at that time.
3. (Not to insult it is just from an outsider’s point of view) you say the f word a lot. It’s trashy and you are not. You are an educated woman and mom.
4. I believe you have gone through the 5 stages and are now in the “anger” stage. After that becomes acceptance, that is where you will have your peace and be able to get past this soon. It sucks when you cannot get a guy or a situation out of your head and it repeats itself over and over again daily. Been there so have millions of other woman.
You were burned bad, really bad. And it hurts. I know. I pray for you that you get past this soon as I am sure your mind is constantly thinking about that guy. This door will close and another will open for you. Let go let God.

1-I can’t report it stolen because he owns it too. So he hasn’t stolen it.
2-I’m not making payments on it-and I doubt they will find it–and I will get sued for what is owed.
3-Yes, I do swear.
4-Yes, I am angry. And eventually I won’t think about it everyday, but when I get notices from my credit card companies that they are denying me any credit because of this “man”, it reminds me everyday that I have been screwed over and used. And are other daily reminders of him that will NEVER go away.
BTW-I am doing what I can and he and I will meet in court again in a couple weeks–as my attorney has advised.

I won my court case against him–he owes me the $$ I’ve paid for it and he has been ordered by the court to give me posession of the 4 wheeler. It is only a matter of time before his fun with it is over.

The 4 wheeler was a piece of junk when he returned it. The battery was completely dead and Matt slashed one of the tires. Not surprising that he would fuck it up prior to giving it to me. It shows once again what a true loser piece of shit he is.
