This is Donald Moulton, He is from Ingersol Ontario Canada. He is an untreated alcoholic/drug addict and we all know that “LYING” comes with the disease. I am in the process of taking him to court for a historical sexual assault that resulted in a baby girl who is now 21 years old. According to the police .”I DEFINITELY HAVE A CASE” I won’t go into any details of the sexual assault, I will leave that for the court room.. If anyone is familiar with Donald or has also been assaulted in any way by this man please let me know. This man has a history of assault before I met him, he also has told me that he was the one that called in the bomb threat in Ingersol when he was either 17 or 18 years old. He is not a well liked person in his town and he has lived a double life from his family for many years.So if he’s not a well liked person, there must be more people that he has ticked off in one way or another. I would appreciate any information you can give me..

PS: Donald called in that bomb threat to a public school in Ingersol. Just goes to show you that he has no concept of how his negative actions effected hundreds of people that day. He’s a lucky man in so many ways but it’s time that his luck ran out. He never had to go to jail for calling in that bomb threat . Apparently ,he also got away with not having to financially support not just my kid but two biological children.
According to the police Donald has been notified that I am pursuing this issue in court. At this time I’m waiting to hear back from the police that the Crown Attorney has reviewed this case. I’m “READY” mentally and emotionally to conquer these issues in the court of law !
My advise to any woman that has been sexually assaulted , keep all records of contact , emails.phone calls. conversations etc ,just incase you are not ready to deal with the issues of an assault in the court until later.. In Canada,there are no statute of limitations on sexual assaults. Thank God !! This gives me the opportunity to reclaim my life!!
UPDATE: I have been informed by a police officer that “at this present time”,I will NOT be taking my case with Donald Moulton into a courthouse,but my fight for justice has not ended with the crown attorney just yet , there is still an opportunity for a CIVIL CASE as well. Donald Moulton’s 3 older sisters and twin brother need to step up and get themselves into a program to educate themselves on who Donald Moulton is and what he is all about for the protection of my future grandchildren. I am greatful for this site because it allows me to tell a portion of my story which also consists of Don Moulton’s wife (Nancy Moulton)who is also in liarscheatersrus.com) .
In my opinion, If the judge from 21 years ago had of been well educated and aware of how to contribute to treating the distorted mind of an addict, Donald Moulton would NOT have had a heart attack from long term use of drugs AND an untreated drug addict would not have been sent to “MY HOME”. Not only did the judge contribute to our health care system, along with sending an untreated drug addict to my home, he also sent Donald Moulton a very wrong message. The judge basically said to Donald Moulton ,don’t worry about your drug addiction,just continue driving drunk and stoned ,and don’t bother “EARNING YOUR WAY” into your daughter’s life in a responsible manner,just continue doing whatver you are doing and whatever bad behaviors comes with being a drug addict you just take it all over to BARB’s house (my house)she and her children will deal with it. The judge stated to Donald Moulton , now you just stay away from those drugs and alcohol for 48 hours before you go visit your child. What a joke that was!! No one including a judge should ever expect a drug addict that couldn’t go from one destination to the other without a joint hanging out of his mouth to stay away from drugs for 48 hours.
Aproximately 22 years later , the justice system is doing the EXACT same thing again .For the crown attorney to reject this case at this time, the justice system is allowing this “UNTREATED” addict with a perverted mind for his own daughter to be amongst my family for ME and my family to deal with this untreated addict. “AGAIN” “FOR THE SECOND TIME” We are NOT professionals but I’m under the impression that due to the fact that the justice system will not contribute to treating Donald Moulton’s UNTREATED DISTORTED PERVERTED MIND, I’m now under the impression that I have been given the legal rights and the power to treat the distorted mind of Donald Moulton “MY WAY” because no one else is willing to back this man into a corner to get him the proper professional help.
It’s obvious that the justice system is still “UNEDUCATED” on how to contribute to treating the distorted mind of an addict within the justice system. In my opinion, lawyers and judges should know this disease as well as the people who teach AA and 12 step programs. Judges need to not only send the disease out to the programs but they also need to “GET WITH THE PROGRAMS “to have the ability to understand how the distorted mind of an addict should be treated within the justice system. In my opinion, IF the crown attorney was more focused on Donald Moulton’s distorted mind of an addict rather than “just” the Sexual assault itself, this case could be proven in a court of law.
Not ONLY did Donald Moulton sexually assault me for the purpose to get me pregnant, he also was making the attempt to entrap me into that relationship with him. All for the purpose to “PLEASE” his family to satisfy his goal of FITTING IN, Also, IN MY EYES, when my daughter was younger, Donald Moulton had many ”SIGNS AND SIGNALS” that he was on the road to molesting his own daughter while under the influence of drugs. I chose to move far away to protect my daughter from Donald Moulton. I can’t help but wonder who is going to be held accountable IF Donald Moulton gets the opportunity to molest my future grandchildren considering that I took his opportunity to molest his own daughter away from him by moving far away.
Take into account that the justice system has no idea how to contribute to treating the distorted mind of an addict,,Donald Moulton’s family has been conned and kept in the dark about his drug addiction so they are in DEEP DENIAL, along with Nancy Moulton (his wife) has been sucked into the disease (like every other wife of an addict) and NOW……. my daughter has come in contact with him through the help of his lying manipulative conniving wife (NANCY MOULTON)Donald has a natural ability (that was developed within his family while growing up) This is why the professionals teach that the behaviors of an addict always resorts back to the underlying issues within a family.Donald Moulton has an astronomical capability to manipulate for the purpose to control others for his own selfish pleasures in life. In other words, He’s a CON ARTIST !!

If Nancy just so happens to drop dead and Donald Moulton gets the opportunity to go back into the dating scene again (WATCH OUT LADIES) the chances of Donald Moulton violating a woman again, goes UP. Nancy Moulton has comforted Donald Moulton in his LIES and his sick distorted mind and has developed the behaviors of the disease out of her low self esteem and a desperation to keep a man in her life. When and IF that dynamic changes and Donald Moulton finds a different type of woman that is NOT so easily sucked in, Donald will respond in an extremely negative manner. Nancy does NOT treat the distorted mind of an addict because she is a PEACE KEEPER like every other wife of an addict. Nancy is not educated enough on the disease of alcholism/drug addiction and does not have the personality that will treat Donald Moulton’s diseased mind the way the disease needs to be treated. Just because Donald Moulton stopped using drugs due to a heart attack but continues to drink alcohol , does NOT mean he is cured and just because he no longer does the drugs does not take away his desire or fantasy to molest a child !!!!He needs psychological treatments!! It’s the mindset (or the thinking process)that is behind the drugs and alcohol that needs to be turned around through the help of programs like AA and 12 step programs and FAMILY COUNCILLING because this is not just the drug addicts problem, it’s a FAMILY PROBLEM.
In my opinion,It’s just a matter of time before Donald Moulton physically or sexually strikes again in a negative manner ,either with another woman or my future grandchildren .Because of the fact that his sexual preference was my daughter he will most likely keep that sexual desire for a child within his family. In my extremely strong opinion, My future grandchildren are in jeapardy of being molested by Donald Moulton “IF” HIS family and HIS wife and MY daughter don’t educate themselves about the diseased mind of an addict. NOW!!!
