Declan is worse than just a liar or cheater – he is a sociopath and mentally and physically abusive.
He has physically abused at least two women he’s been with but charms and lies his way out, saying he “doesn’t remember what happened” or tries to convince everyone that the exes are actually the ones who are crazy. He tries to cozy up to new groups of people to make friends whenever one social group goes awry and likes to manipulate people into thinking he’s a fun person… when in reality he is an abusive alcoholic sociopath.
He currently works in the construction industry, working with Carillion Construction at York University. He lives with his mother Brenda Granahan at Islington/Bloor in Toronto.
